Each pallet weighs roughly in the neighborhood of 1,700–2,000 lbs. (based on ~96 pieces @ ~18 lbs. each) ensure truck access, yard staging, and forklift/unloading clearance ahead of delivery.

Order 10–15% extra material for cuts, corners, and to give yourself flexibility on layout transitions.
Mix colors across pallets to avoid visible banding, especially important when looking at exposed wall faces.
Because the texture is semi-rustic and the block lighter, ensure the first course is level and well-compacted the rest stacks cleanly from there.
